4 berth Caravan with Awning and Annex

Magnum Mendip 4 berth caravan for sale. Fixed bed to the rear of the caravan. Also includes a full awning shown in the picture. Plus a sleeping annex to attach. The awning was only used for a couple of weeks last year so almost brand new. New leisure battery installed to sell. All utilities working. Comes with water tank and waste water storage also. Please note. New water pump needed. Minor water damage to the rear of the caravan. Leaked fixed but unit above bed was removed and some of the paneling has minor damage. Nothing a little TLC couldn't solve. The access hatches on the side that are taped just need new locks. We never received the keys for them when we purchased so needed to pop them Same caravan up for 5500 so the price shown including the awning is a steal. Please no time wasting.
