2001 Avondale Rialto 530-5 5 berth Avondale Rialto 530-5 caravan. In good condition, no damp. The set up is front lounge (turns into double bed), rear dinette/double bed (with door for privacy), there is a bunk bed fitment as well although we never used it so no idea how it works, centre kitchen with gas 4 ring, grill, oven and fridge. Washroom with shower, vanity sink and Thetford cassette toilet. Heating is blown air Carver. Comes with electric hook up lead, leisure battery, brown water container, smoke detector, doorstep and gas bottle. Motor mover in pictures not included as using it for replacement van. Have owned this Caravan for 4 years and used very occasionally during that time. No leaks or damp issues. Kept covered/indoors during winter. It is easily towed and all electrics internal and external work. Water system works perfectly. New tyres and TV ariel last year. This caravan is 26 years old and whilst it is in good sound condition it’s not going to be like a new 20k model. Has a few soft marks on exterior and needs some minor internal repairs to window catches, TV ariel connection, sink was painted by previous owner and its peeling (we used small basin) nothing major. Tidy, dry and easily pulled caravan for someone looking to get into caravanning. I have priced it accordingly. £2300 ovno.
