Buying a vehicle

Purchased our bailey caravan from newline. Extremely happy. It was a super easy transaction from start to finish. A super fast one i seen it advertised , messaged and rang. Any questions i asked were answered immediately,  and with video s too ....no surprises when we went to view it was exactly as he said it was . Seen it on friday and went to see it and bought it the next day.  Lovely friendly guy . Would be happy to deal with michael and his wife again.

Straightforward,  bought my caravan for the agreed price. No nonsense tyre kicking behavior. Just commonsense checks.

Did not show up to meet us on appointment. The wife of the salesman called around to help after we had to make a call when we were at the caravan lot alone.

Bought a revvi bike off this guy recently. He quoted me 350 for the bike. When I arrived he wasn’t there himself and his wife was in a rush out to get to some appointment. When I picked out the bike I was asked to make a bank transfer in the middle of nowhere with no mobile coverage. I had cash for the purchase so I refused to do a transfer. Her husband’s response to not wanting to pay via transfer, which was never mentioned before the point of sale was to charge me an extra tenner. Only I had driven so far I would have definitely told them to keep the bike. These bikes are better value online
