First come first serve Bought Jan 22 and refurbished, insulated all electric works oven hob grill all works perfectly. Toilet and sinks working perfectly Clean and dry absolutely no damp All new window seals throughout All new blinds Its an older caravan so there are bumps scratches dents etc 1 cracked window only the outter part so no damp/wet gets through. The awning needs 2to3 poles as the others are bent or broken. Never used the shower (used as a storage as all the campsites have showers etc 🚿)
