Caravan/Tiny home

*****price reduced as need off the land***** Bought this lovely cosy caravan as a doer-upper to live in but i am now renting. Would be a lovely tiny home, spare living space, creative space, or as a DIY project. We did alot of DIY to it but didnt finish. The caravan has fresh laminate flooring put down. The flooring was also repaired. Fresh anti mould paint. Some repainting may need to be done. Kitchen laminate for counter, 2 induction hobs, kettle and toaster included. Fridge/bed not included. The caravan has a working cassette toilet. Water tank on board. New pipes and a tap for kitchen sink needed. There is a shower unit in bathroom but it needs new hose pipes connected to water tank and new shower hose. The caravan was heated by plug in electric heaters (currently connected to mains by electrician) some more tweaking on wiring would be needed for all sockets to work. A few broken bits such as window clips, bathroom window, and a slight gap in bottom of front door when closed. Buyer would have to get off land with jeep.
