Lovely two birth caravan

We bought this caravan in 2020 and used it to tour around Ireland. Since then our family has grown and so we are forced to get a larger one. This is a very comfortable caravan that tows well behind the car. No damp. Hot water tank that works on gas or electricity. External water pump. External water tank. Black water tank. Three new tyres. (including spare wheel) New bearings. Breaks are working. Seperate shower. Couch turns into double bed. Gas cooker/hob working. Lights all work. Electric hook up and 12v all working fine. There are no problems with the van except for the following, Fridge worked fine until last year but trips a fuse when turned on with electric now, it runs fine on gas though. Heater works but needs a service. (we have never used it but Charles camping said it works when we had the van serviced.) A couple of little things need to be fixed or replaced which are, a roof blind and a bit of wood trim around the bathroom door (which I have) Priced accordingly for what needs to be fixed. If I don't sell it I will hang on to it so please only get in touch if interested.
