38x12 Willerby Winchester galvanised chassie State of the art 2 bedroom mobile suited for all family needs and for all weather... This was a 3 bed converted to a 2 bed that occupied a family of 5 for the last 15 months. Bought and fully renovated by all quillifed trade to suit our needs. This home is all brand new rewired and replumbed and insulated... Roof was taken off to supply 6 inchs breathable spray foamed insulation and underneath 9 inch sprayed so suitable for all year round.... Everything is brand new in this home floors, blinds, bathroom wear, kitchen, wardrobes... It has double glazed windows with brand new triple glazed front door... This mobile consists of just electricity and oil heating which has been very cheap to run...also has a eco energy eletric fire under telly just for extra cosyiness and set the mood at night time while you can sit and relax... There are 2 spare cables underneath for outside socket and lights if wanted... Including with mobile can be some furniture if wanted and comes with a nice small oil tank and outside oil burner for heating system...
