Vintage Viking Fibreline caravan

Rare Viking Fibreline caravan in original condition. The Corner windows are what sets this aside from later models. The '60s models utilised a one piece roof moulded from glass reinforced fibreglass, and a “belly pan” at the bottom from the same material. The vertical walls were aluminium, with novel curved corner windows. The one piece roof meant fewer leaks. This van is as dry and solid. Manufactured in Heads Nook near Carlisle, these caravans were hand-built. I bought the caravan with a view to making it into an Ice Cream trailer for events and weddings, but it seems such a shame to alter what is a very original caravan, as it could be easily restored by any enthusiast. There is an awning too but haven't had it open to see if its OK or not.
