Today about 12:00pm a lady came into reception, she asked it we were been attended too, no I replied asked for car detailes and pulled up Ford data base and proceed to recite the car service history,
She booked the car in for service very profesional.

Had a great experience with Spirit Ford. Just collected my car today off Johnny in sales and couldn't be any happier.

Terrible management. Went for a safety recalled from Ford, had it all booked 2 weeks in advance, we showed up on time, had to wait for almost an hour to be told that they could not find our booking, even though we showed them all the emails etc. For the first 30 minutes, there was no one to attend us, the lady there told us the guy would be over and when he showed up, he said he has to book us in for next week.
