Ordered a set of coilovers off the lads and I have to say the customer service experience was top notch, had an issue with the suppliers on their side but the lads were in constant contact the whole time and gave loads of reassurance about the situation. Product arrived in good quality and good shape. A1 customer service through phone and email. 👍

I bought a Caddy bumper from them, but the fit was terrible, so I sent photos and videos showing the bad mold. They agreed I could return it, so I had to drive all the way from south Wicklow to Longford. I kept calling to see if the guy was in, away on holiday, or out with the cows, since they said he had to be there for the refund. The front desk kept promising he’d call me back but never did. After a few weeks, I finally spoke to him and he said he’d let me know when to drop it off, but that was four months ago and I’ve heard nothing. I ended up selling the bumper at a €300 loss, not even counting the money I wasted on paint, and the spray shop told me the grilles don't fit anyway because the shape is all wrong.
