We had a really great experience with Long Mile Motors. We walked in to check a car and were greeted by Ivan, who took his time to explain everything about the car and the business. He even arranged a test drive for me on the same day, which I really appreciated. When it was time to collect the car, I dealt with Alan, who was just as professional. He explained the warranty in detail and made sure I understood everything I needed to know before driving off. The car itself is in excellent condition and drives perfectly so far. I absolutely love driving it — it’s so smooth. We couldn’t be happier with our decision to go with this dealer. The whole process was smooth, and we didn’t have a single worry at any point. If we ever need to buy another car, we’ll definitely be coming back. A very professional team overall. I recently purchased a car from ‘Long Mile Motors’ they were the first dealership I went to and I was told by Alan you won’t find a better deal. I was dubious but turns out it was true. I did go to other dealers and did return. I actually took a look around was in the workshop and saw their mechanics at work. Which helped seal the deal. Not only was I guided through a smooth buying process by Ivan but they also stood behind the vehicle with a warranty. When I noticed my car was consuming oil -something other mechanics said was a known issue with this model just keep topping it up. Alan sprang into action. He took my car back in, provided a replacement, and went the extra mile to essentially rebuild the engine. What truly impressed me was the transparency throughout the process - I received step-by-step videos and photos of the work being done, keeping me in the loop every step of the way. Kudos to Alan and Ivan for standing by their cars and their customers. If you're looking for a dealership that puts honesty and service first, look no further. Five stars isn't enough - I'd give them ten stars if I could!"

This is may be the best mechanic I've ever been to. We all know they can be hit-and-miss. These guys are an absolute hit. I was in trouble - my clutch broke suddenly in the middle of Dublin. I tried a few mechanics and they said they were booked for at least a week. I called Alan at Long Mile Motors. First, he was very reassuring and told me it might not even need a new clutch. I asked him when he would have availabillity and he said he would try to squeeze it in that day. He didn't have to do that - I've seen first hand that he's not short on business - but he clearly wanted to help me out of a bad situation. Then in less than three days he then installed a new clutch and flywheel, gave it a full service and MOT check (which I needed to do soon anyway) and even gave the car a free wash. The price was very reasonable for the work done, and especially for that turnaround time. He even sent me a couple of videos so I could see exactly how bad the old clutch and flywheel were. With most mechanics, you just have to take their word for it! He was always available to talk and his communication and updates were very clear and helpful throughout. Don't think I've met a friendlier mechanic. Fully recommended.
