I was very disappointed with this companies customer service. I visited the garage in Glasson Athlone on a Saturday a few months ago enquiring about buying a wheelchair van for my Mum. I chatted to the salesman and after discussing everything he told me they would bring a demo car to us the following week. After not hearing anything for over 2 weeks I tried phoning them and it was difficult to get through to them and eventually I got a reply after a few days and I was told they were looking for a van for us. When we could see they weren't interested we  found a lovely van on Done deal and still didn't hear back from the WCI garage salesman.

We went to the previous place we dealt with to purchase a new Peugeot Rifter and were told they were no longer making them. We went to another local one who were great in the beginning but never returned phone calls.

I contacted WCI and was told a sales representative would ring me back and within 4 hours I had 2 phone calls, that very same day from Dylan, with a deal made. From the very first contact we were kept in the loop from the beginning. We did not have long to wait and our new van was delivered to our home today and our trade in drove away.

I am so impressed with the communication, the professionalism and the care we have received from the very 1st contact!

Bought a 2017 seat leon from WCI wheelchair cars ireland recently got a good Deal on my old car that I traded in.  was looked well after by sales manager Gerry and was kept updated when my new car was ready to be picked up would highly recommend WCI .

Not recommend this place for any taxi driver try to get wheelchair accessible taxi, the parts they used  for converters not reliable enough and cost lots to fixed/replaced.

I can not believe you just rings me, and shouting on me to asked me why I am put bad reviews on your business, I was having the dinner with my family, and you  hang up the phone before I can talk. Now I am tell you why I write negative reviews on your business.
I bought the car from you 2 years ago, use as  wheelchar accessible taxi,  the electric reel for lock in the wheelchair on the vehicle only used once, then is not working also the electric switch broken as well, I have go to the garage to fixed it, it was cost me 50 euro for switch and relay , but they don't have the parts to replace reel, this why I have drove long way from Dublin to your place to get that replaced, you are trying to charge me 150 without receipt , 20 euro more for receipt. All together cost me 220 to fixed the switch and reel which I only used once in two years. What kind of review you want me to write?
