We ordered a Wedding car reg plate from these guys, we were racing against time and these were fabulous from start to finish.

I felt so bad as I had to have a personalized plate due to it being a 1 off, these were so helpful and patient with me. Prompt delivery, fantastic product, and amazing Customer service. I cannot believe how much time these gave me over such a small and very cheap product. Highly recommend and can't wait to use their services again soon.

Tragic service and thieves...

Bought item two FEBI control arms on eBay, they sent only one and partially refund. Then when the item was broken, and I tried under the warranty to get a refund, following them advice, returned the item for inspection. They have stolen my item and didn't respond to my email, on the phone always I have been informed that Mr. Sean will contact me but I never received his call back. Reported this case to FEBI Bilstein, and now I will start with Trading Standards.

Please be aware... If you buy item from this company you have not any warranty for broken or faulty parts even if warranty comes from manufacturer.

For your peace of mind, AVOID !!!

Ridiculous poor service listing items as in stock letting me pay then cancelling saying out of stock whilst listing again for higher price failed to realise It was me questioning if stock before making excuses when I confronted them for their dishonesty avoid this place
