*WILL BE GOING ON EBAY IF NO INTEREST ON DONEDEAL* *USED* BMW E90 Alpina D3 Turbo Turbo is rated at 147 Kw 200 HP. Alpina fitted this Turbo to the standard 2.0D E90 Pre-LCI (2005 - 2007) to increase power from 163hp to 200hp. Early Alpina D3's were single turbo, and Alpina used this larger GTB1756V turbo instead of the GTA1749V or Mitsubishi version. Garrett Model: GTB1756V Garrett Part Number: 765968-5001S Alpina Part Number: 1165140 Turbo was re-furbished about 12 months ago. There is zero play in the shaft, thrust bearings are good. When you wiggle the impeller there is no movement laterally *IMPORTANT* Actuator is sticking and may need to be replaced or the VNT (Variable Nozzle Turbine) itself could be sticking. If its the VNT then a strip-down, and ultrasonic cleaning will sort it.
