Carpenter Wanted – Small 10m² Attic Conversion

I'm looking for a competent carpenter/builder to carry out a small attic conversion at The Lough, Cork city. The area is approximately 10 m² and the work should take around 3–4 days. I already have all the materials except insulation. The work involves installing a chipboard floor, adding timber bracing around three sides, insulating and plaster-boarding the three sides, and constructing and plaster-boarding a small partition around the loft-ladder opening. There are also four recessed spotlights, although I can arrange the electrical work separately if preferred. I'm not looking for a full turnkey conversion — just the carpentry/building work described above. I will do the final finishing myself. I'm looking for someone experienced and reliable who would be interested in a small, straightforward job. I can send photographs and dimensions and arrange for you to look at it before quoting.
