50sq/m of solid teak floor removed only last week from a 1960's home under renovation. This floor was covered by carpet for over 30 years and is in superb condition on surface. The underside of boards has a fine layer of bitumen coating. Boards lifted very easily with little damage. Area is 50sq/m and boards are packed loose in 4 x tonne bags ready for collection. All reasonable offers around asking price will be considered. €65 per sq/m, not interested in selling small lots. Full floor on offer. Thanks.
