Semi-Solid/Engineered Wooden Floor

This is a semi-solid or Engineered Ash wooden floor. I have a box and a half of brand new never used floor (about 2.5 square metres). On top of that I have approximately 24 square metres of used floor This floor was previously fitted in 2 rooms in my house and I have taken it up. It came up cleanly with no breaks. There are some small glue residues on some of the boards but they still slot together cleanly. This floor has never been sanded so could be sanded and varnished to a like new floor. Great opportunity to get engineered floor at a knock down price.
