07 Honda Civic - low mileage - For parts or repair

The vehicle was recovered after being stolen and is being sold as seen. It has very low genuine mileage for its age and is currently registered in my name with the logbook ready to transfer to the new owner. Has both main key and spare. Not keeping it myself as I have since bought a new car. Recent maintenance: spark plugs, engine oil and filters were all replaced shortly before the theft. The engine still starts and drives well. The car will need some attention before returning to the road: * Handbrake requires adjustment/repair * Wing mirror is damaged * Needs new registration plates * NCT expired * Tax expired * Minor cosmetic marks/scrapes to the rear Ideal project for someone mechanically minded.
