Fantastic experience buying from Ross. I recently purchased a 2016 Toyota Yaris manual transmission from SMR Automatics. What I particularly appreciated from Ross was the duty of care he shows to customers. He well and truly goes above and beyond to make sure you have peace of mind and are happy with the car. He immediately replied to all of my messages throughout the purchasing process and responded to all of my questions with detailed answers. The price of the car was fantastic and it came with a 6 month warranty, but it was the exceptional communication, customer service and people skills that made Ross stand out from other car dealers. Trust is everything when you are purchasing a second hand car and Ross went above and beyond to make sure I was happy with my purchase. I will be recommending Ross and SMR Automatics to friends and family without any hesitation. Recently I bought a Mazda Demio, all chrome and nice finished, perfect condition and spotless. The car is no only beautiful and working perfect but the costumer care from the owner is just great.
