11 BMW 320D NEW NCT:1/27 NEW TIMING CHAIN!!!

I've dealt with Julian at JP motors now for over 2 years. He is our local mechanic. I found him decent and flexible when servicing both family cars and I also bought one car off him almost 2 years ago under warranty. When any issue arose he fixed it, honored the warranty. He has been very helpful to me since I've known him.

PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE READ!!! Absolute joke of a company and jp a compulsive liar.. please avoid at all costs unless you want to be put through serious stress. Bought a car 02.10.2025 . And noticed steering issues. Flagged this to him on numerous occasions while under warranty. Met with excuse after excuse about when he would carry out the works. Eventually got him to carry out the work after being blanked for months through sheer persistence and annoyance of phone call after phone call everyday.. when work was carried out left the car destroyed in oil on seats and when removing steering column scratched all the dash board which was spotless. Finally telling me log book was posted 100% wasn't because when I purchased he said didn't have log book now telling me it's posted but couldn't be without my signature and apparently he signed me up online to put car in my name, all lies even went as far a lying about family member in hospital and i see on a previous review he lied about family members dying. AVOID AT ALL COSTS UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED

AVOID AVOID AVOID!!!!!!! Bought a car from this garage back 7 months ago this year, after 7 months i Decided i wanted to trade my car into a different dealer only to find out that the car was a write off, it had been crashed and wasn't legal to ever have been on the road in the first place this was never disclosed to me at the time of purchase tried to get in contact but no answer because this garage has done the same thing to others as mentioned in other reviews this Garage should be closed down for his repeated lies. THIS PERSON IS A COMPLETE FRAUD AND SHOULD BE ASHAMED OF HIMSELF
