We just purchased a car from Darren today and I have to commend Darren on his excellent customer service skills. He is an absolute pleasure to deal with and completely transparent throughout the process. We live in Cork so he had no hesitation sending WhatsApp videos of the car and carrying out any requests I made to him before we went to his garage to purchase it. We have absolutely no hesitation in recommending Darren if you're looking for a car. If carlsberg did car salesmen Darren would DEFINITELY be the best man in the world. Visited Darren at Duffy Auto Services last Friday to view a Seat Leon Estate as part of a day long trip visiting various Car Dealerships to test drive Estate cars that caught my eye. The Seat was presented in lovely condition and drove extremely well but ultimately wasn't what the car I was after. Darren followed up that afternoon with a quick call and when I explained that I wasn't sure the Seat was what I was after he said not to worry and that to call him anytime if I found a car in another dealership and he would share his knowledge on what to look for with the car in question. You can't argue with that for professional service !!. We found Darren and Hannah absolutely lovely to deal with and we honestly could have spent the day chewing the cud with them on cars and life in general. A very positive experience.

I had a really positive experience with the team at Duffy Auto Services. From the beginning, everything was handled with transparency and professionalism. The staff were kind, clear in their communication, and made me feel comfortable and confident in the services I chose—especially important given some bad experiences I’ve had with other garages in the past. I really appreciate the understanding and support from both the team and management. It made a big difference. I’ll definitely be returning in the future and would happily recommend them to others.
