161 Honda Fit 1.5 Hybrid AUTO - LOW MILEAGE

I recently bought a VW Polo from Darren at Duffy Auto Services Dealership, and I had a great experience. Darren is a very genuine and helpful person to deal with. From the beginning, he answered all my questions patiently and made the whole process smooth and stress-free. The car was delivered exactly as promised — very clean and with the first service already done. Everything Darren told me, he followed through on. Even though he sells many cars every day, he remains very humble, down to earth, and never shows off. That really stood out to me. I needed all new brake pads, Duffy Auto Services were fantastic! They had them sauced and fitted on the same day. Darren kept me informed of works and progress through the day . Darren and his team were so friendly and helpful! such a positive experience. I shall be booking my car in for a service next week.

If only i found Darren and his team earlier. I Rang Darren on Friday afternoon and explained my situation and how important it was to get the car fixed as my job requires me to travel constantly. I was having a issue with my car overheating when left sitting in traffic and it was causing me a lot of stress. I had previously brought it somewhere else and was promised it was fixed , Turns out i was dealing with someone who just seen a girl and money and didn't actually help me at all. Darren asked me to bring the car to him Saturday morning and he would look and find the issue and that he did. He called me a few hours later and explained the issue and what needed to be done to repair the car . He also advised me that the car was not safe right now to take home and drive and could he keep it over the weekend and he would have it repaired straight away. Monday morning he sent me a video of the working being done which to me is amazing because you always worry what actually is going on when the car is with someone else. Whilst repairing the car another major issue was found. Darren called me explained everything to me and what would need to be done. I was really happy that he called me first and asked if i wanted the extra repairs done before going ahead and doing them. I collected my car yesterday from Darren and Slav ( I hope i have the right name ) and honestly they put my mind at ease instantly. They explained everything with patience and when handing the car back to me even walked me in the direction of where my car was parked. The lads at Duffy from the beginning were amazing to deal with. I would highly recommend these lads. Driving the car this morning felt like i was driving on a cloud it was so nice to drive. Katie O'Connor.
