I can't speak highly enough of Darren and Nathan and their kindness, trustworthiness, and professionalism. They show genuine concern for their customers and want the best for them at all times. We experienced this recently when they really went above and beyond for us recently and we can't thank them enough. You don't see that kind of service and consideration very often. I'd highly recommend them. A fantastic garage and a fantastic team.

I bought a car of Darren last week. He brought a couple of cars for me to look at and the service was top class. The best experience of buying I car I've ever had. Car is immaculate and serviced before I picked it up. Easy to recommend.

This garage is a real gem ! I dropped into Duffy Auto Services at Pavilion SC as my car was sluggish and I felt it was literally on its last legs ! I explained the situation and they were very friendly and helpful. They knew it sounded urgent and made an appointment for 9am the next morning. I dropped it into Nathan, who was pleasant and chatty and he said they'd ring after they looked at the car. About 2 hours later, I received a WhatsApp video from Slawomir, one of the senior mechanics showing the problems - 2 which were extremely significant and were an accident waiting to happen. He followed up with a phone call, explaining everything including a breakdown of costs and he advised the car was to be ready on Saturday. Darren, the owner duly rang me on Saturday to reconfirm the car would be ready, and we arranged a time. All I can say about Darren is he is such a gentleman ! This was also apparent when another customer came in with a baby in the car and needed something fixed urgently. Even though they were closing, he saw how important it was and agreed to do it. Who does that on an extremely warm Saturday evening at closing time ? Darren followed up with a phone call and will recheck the car after 2 weeks, because of the amount of work done to it. Finally, I can say that overall, the team was professional, and friendly, and their prices were transparent and reasonable, but it's their kindness and helpfulness that really stands out. It's rare to find a garage that combines expertise with excellent customer service, but Duffy Auto Services ticks all the boxes. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend them to anyone looking for trustworthy, skilled mechanics. They've definitely earned a loyal customer in me ! 😉🚘
