Got in touch with JP on Wednesday evening looking at an Audi A6 he had for sale. He took the time to talk me through the condition of the car and all the details then recorded a lengthy video of the entire car as I was not local so I could get a good view of the car prior to traveling. Then met him Saturday afternoon and he was extremely friendly and helpful and I was delighted with the condition of the car and the overall experience with JP! If I could, I would give 10 stars. Dealing with JP is short excellent. I found the car and wanted a test drive the next day and JP made it possible, even though he had planned to be close on the day. I bought the car and got it handed over in perfect conditions a few days later. After 2 weeks some issues occured and I brought the car back to get it fixed....what was a bigger repair then. It was perfectly fixed and even a tyre was changed, what was worn out a bit on the inside. For the 2 weeks I got another car from JP and I kept updated, how my car is. It´s easy to be a friendly car dealer, when things go great, but the real character shows up, if things go not like planned and I can say JP is an absolute gentleman to deal with. Safe to say, my Golf won´t be the last car I bought from the Steede Motor Group. Thanks again!
