I recently bought a ford galaxy from Drew & Joy and they made the whole process painless. Buying a car can sometimes be an intimidating process, but their friendly and honest approach was refreshing. I travelled from Belfast and have no regrets. The next time I am looking a car I will definitely be back despite the distance. Thoroughly recommended, I am a very satisfied customer.

Purchased a car in August - a month later the engine light came on. We rang Andy and he told us to bring it up straight away and he will have it fixed. True to their word for warranty. Pleasure to deal with and great customer service. Highly recommend!

September 2020 Made the long trip up from Kilkenny City to Enniskillen and bought our second Audi car from Drew Baxter Cars. Just like when we bought our first car, from him, Andy went above and beyond to ensure the whole process was as smooth as possible. We identified the car we wanted on the website and Andy sent us detailed videos of it and when we arrived, to collect it, the car was prepared and presented as new. Recognising our long journey Andy even went so far as to treat us to lunch. It is these little details that make all the difference and will keep us returning in the future. Thanks once again to all at Drew Baxter Cars for a wonderful customer service and a beautiful new car. Highly recommended. Update to this review - March 2021 We had an issue with an Ad-Blue Control Module ( have since learned that this is common enough) in the car which led to another linked issue with an exhaust recirculation valve. Rang Andy about the problem and he was very happy to help. Drove the car up to him and once again the service given by Andy was 5 Star. He provided us with a car to get home and sorted out the problems with our car. Met him in Dublin a few days later where he returned our car with both issues fixed. Would once again highly recommend
