Furthermore, DCCD was sacrificed on the P1 in favour of ABS brakes, so you’ll never be in doubt of braking performance. As the P1 was built and sold only in the UK, Prodrive had the foresight to develop their own suspension set up, too, to best suit UK roads – just one of the many reasons the P1 is so revered. The interior was also given the P1 treatment with unique Prodrive trimmed seats and mats, and a numbered plaque also adorns the centre console. Critically, this P1 has been well maintained with a documented service history file covering its 86k miles with its last service being just over 1k miles ago. We have also carried out a T Belt and water pump change along with an underside refresh among other things. This is a sensibly priced example of one of Subaru’s greatest ever hits that still impresses today.
