2005 Toyota Corolla Verso

Bought in 2020 with 233,335km on it as a stopgap but kept it for 5 years as it’s a great car. Pros: * Reverse parking sensors (not OEM) work brilliantly. * New android touchscreen radio with car play installed recently, should have done it a long time ago. Steering wheel controls have been integrated with it. Reverse camera with it but not installed. * Air con works * 2 key fobs, remote locking. * Drives really well - engine very smooth - unlike some Toyota engines it does not burn oil. * Roof rack * Very versatile layout. Great for Ikea trips or carrying 7 people or anything in between. * No rust issues even though it’s 20 years old. * NCT history for the past 5 years available. Passed recently after replacing windscreen and a bulb. * Has done regular but light mileage in past 5 years - only 40,000km Cons: * 20 years old so it has plenty of cosmetic bumps and scratches. * road tax at 514€ per year is a pain * Due a basic service. * two tyres more than 6 years old - nct advisory * Handles like a bus - like all the versos * 2 extra seats are really only big enough for kids * sold as seen - it’s an older car for a reasonable price.
