2006 Honda Civic Type R EP3 *Premier Edition*

Unfinished project for sale 2006 EP3 Honda Civic Type R Premier Edition Just gone 102,000 miles Off the road about 5 years Recent work carried out : ● Gearbox rebuilt with all new bearings,seals bolts , snap ring(genuine parts and honda mtf oil ● Excedy clutch with genuine Honda release bearing ●Acuity selector springs and solid selector bushes ●4 New tyres just fitted today 27/05/26 ● front pads and discs , rear pads and discs just fitted ●rear calipers rebuilt and powder coated fitted back in 2021 at around 99000 miles ●brand new type r embossed front calipers and carriers just fitted today (not painted incase new owner wants to powdercoat) ●front balljoints , both front wishbone and both front droplinks all just replaced in the last week ●rear droplinks also done ●polybush engine mount inserts fitted back in 2023 when it was off the road ●heaps of money put into this and I have all pictures and some receipts to prove that new owner will get upon collection ●japspeed manifold into straight through mid back to a mugen twin loop (full stock exhaust system including cat with sale) ●wheels refurbished back in 2020 but I curbed one of them Reason for sale is emigrating and need gone if someone is genuinely interested I am happy to show them. No people looking for a chat ,come view the car and we can discuss price , if car is sold by Friday for asking price I will throw in heaps of brand new parts I've purchased for this project like mugen style carbon bonnet , carbon coil cover , carbon inlet manifold cover , polybush kit for all arms , eibach lowering springs , hell braided lines , and few other small dress up bits. Bad points: rust on rear pockets would be worth getting.new sills and pockets as they will eventually rot away in the future Needs wheel alignment after having suffrage removed Eml on dash from no cat fitted Couple small.scratches and one slight dent on rear left just below window.
