2007 BMW 3 Series

"Can't You Hear Spring Time Knocking"!! Get a high of luxury, sport and topless cruising with this beautiful hardtop. Arguably the BMW model that ages the best aesthetically speaking. Monaco blue and cream leather interior 325i N53 3.0 petrol engine with 218bhp (Irish car so rear axle is not rusty). Very smooth engine, matched with a soft automatic gearbox. As a BMW enthusiast it took me a good while to specifically pick this car, all service history is recorded as proof of regular maintenance. It passed NCT on March 14th on the first attempt with no advisory. All the right bits are in place with this car: no engine mods, NGK spark plugs, origin injectors got replaced by much more reliable OEM Index 11 and 2. Dry and white spark plugs, meaning the injectors are in healthy state. It gives the car a fair amount of nervosity. It starts and idles as it should (steer away from cars that have bad cold starts or uneven idles), it revs through 7 000 RPM without any gaps. The car handles very well, brakes are still good but front pads will need to be changed in the next 12 months. My mechanic completed some preventive work on the car, such as accessory belt replacement, and gearbox service. It has gas suspensions, 19 inches wheels. Recent work includes: engine service, 2 new front tyres, 2 new front suspension arms. Air conditioning tested in France and approved under high heat last summer! The car is also surprisingly easy on fuel for a 6 cylinder. This model was specifically engineered to have low fuel economy. Too high fuel economy may indicate a tired catalyst converter. This one needs round 28m/g or 8.5L/100km with a mix of 30% city / 70% road driving. Fuel economy with city driving only is higher and I wouldn't recommend this car for someone driving in the city constantly. Leather and interior in excellent condition, no rips or scratches, body and wheels in excellent condition as well. Any inspection/diagnostic welcome, roof working perfectly up and down. The car will be valeted for the sale. Mature owner. Reluctantly selling as my daughter needs her first car and I cannot afford to maintain/insure 2 cars.
