2010 Škoda octavia vrs (electrical injector issue)

2010 Skoda Octavia vRS 2.0 TDI 170bhp, 6-speed manual, remapped to approx. 220bhp. €2,500 ONO — selling as-is due to an electrical injector fault. Car runs and drives but is in limp mode. Open to swaps but must have some tax and NCT 213,000 miles NCT: 15/03/2027 Tax: 30/04/2027 Serviced at 210,000 miles 2 keys Current issue: The car is running on 3 cylinders and showing P0203 — open circuit to injector 3. Injector 3 has already been replaced and coded, but the fault remains on cylinder 3, so it is most likely a break/poor connection in the injector wiring or connector rather than the injector itself. Could potentially be a straightforward fix for somebody comfortable with automotive electrics, but I don’t have the time to chase the wiring fault myself, hence the price. A lot of work has gone into the car recently, including: - Replacement/coded injector - Gearbox/drivetrain work - Belt tensioner - Wheel bearing - Full suspension refresh - New arms and bushings - Subframe work - New front brake discs and pads - EGR delete - Regular servicing and preventative maintenance Spec includes: - Rare full black leather interior - Heated front seats - CarPlay / Android Auto head unit - vRS interior - Remapped to approx. 220bhp Before the injector circuit issue it drove very well, pulled extremely strongly and would return around 55–60mpg on longer runs. Bad points: - Currently running on 3 cylinders due to the injector 3 circuit fault described above - Passenger window regulator needs fitting — replacement regulator included - Driver’s seat has a rip - Rear bumper had some paint peel which was touched up with genuine Skoda paint but isn’t perfect up close - Some stone chips on the front Otherwise it presents extremely well for its age and mileage.
