My car broke down this morning and I called my insurance company they told me there would be someone contacting me and they would be sending a person to bring me to my garage. Well I had to write a revised my experience was so good. Andrew from Dermot Cleary rang me straight away, he was calm reassuring and put my mind at ease. He said his Colleague Patrick' would be with me shortly and he relieved my anxiety as I had my little dogs in car also who needed to come back home with me, he told me I could trave45 km in pick up rescue truck with Patrick' and that my dogs could travel in my car on the back of truck. I was so relieved and delighted. When Patrick arrived he was so kind and helpful he was chatty, kind, helpful and also reassuring and it really me relax as I felt was in safe hands and would be hom soon.i can't praise this rescue team enough the Guys were excellent , a fabulous team from start to finish. 👏👏 Catherine from SMB
