I made first big car purchase from the lads at Michael Tynan Cars. Ken made this experience an extremely enjoyable one from the moment I stepped inside the showroom. The car I purchased was parked inside. He gave me an informative tour of the car, answered all questions I and a friend had about it. He had no issue moving several cars in the showroom so I could test drive the Audi I wanted outside. I was hesitant to purchase instantaneous but was not pressured. I contacted Ken later that day with more questions and again a few days later. He was always glad to help. I collected the car today, it’s spotless inside and out. I’m delighted with my purchase.
