I had the car in that morning and was ready in the afternoon and no issues at all. It was very professional they told me what the problem was and sorted it out that day and I was back on the road that afternoon. Bought a VW polo off Adam recently, the process was very smooth and the staff are great to deal with, lovely car , good prices and appreciated the extra touches, Adam went out of his way to make sure the NCT was fresh, AA breakdown registered and half a tank of fuel when i got through car.
