2016 Ford Focus Estate

I highly recommend this place for a trade in and upgrade. I bought a car here 5 years ago and it served me well. Just recently came back and traded it in for an upgrade and I can honestly say the customer service and expertise from Brendan was second to none. He is extremely knowledgeable, dedicated and such a down to earth, genuine person. He gave me a great price for my trade in and a great upgrade with low miles once again, the car was also serviced and valeted for me. Unfortunately there was a problem with the ariel which I only noticed afterwards but when I came back Brendan went out of his way to rectify the problem immediately and without hesitation. I am delighted with my upgraded and will be returning to randles motors when I need another upgrade in years to come

We wanted to get our car upgraded locally and went to see Brendan at Randles Motors in Tralee after seeing an advert for a car we liked on Done Deal. We tried several different cars and finally settled on the 'One'. Nothing was too much trouble for Brendan who worked away with us until we were happy with the trade in deal. He was polite, courteous and afforded us as much time as we needed, and allowed us to try each of the different models we thought we liked. He did not push us in any way and allowed us to take our time and fine the right care for us. I feel it is important to say that it is this attention to detail which Randles Motors gives to both the cars they are selling and to the customer, which sets them up to be a great place to go if you are thinking of changing your own car. They seem to have a good variety at many different price levels. It worked well for us...thank you all. We will be back.... Ben

Excellent service. I purchased a jeep @Randles a while back. Just recently I had a out of warranty issue....called Brendan for some advice...and without hesitation he had offered to repair My issue and give me a courtesy car while the work was being don. For car sales and aftercare it has being a long while since I came across anyone as Sound, Decent and Knowledgeable as this team are.
