Purchased a car from Direct Line Motors and got the best price on the market. I dealt with Mr. Ali, who was extremely helpful, friendly, and guided us through the various options available. Mr. Ali gave us an excellent deal on both our trade-in car and the new car. After purchasing, we noticed the air conditioning wasn't working. When we contacted them, they diagnosed the issue and replaced the compressor at no extra cost under warranty, which was greatly appreciated. I highly recommend Mr. Ali and Mr. Paul at Direct Line Motors for their excellent customer service, honesty, and after-sales support.

I recently picked up my new Honda Fit and I’m extremely happy with it. Ali explained everything clearly and showed me how to use all the features in the car.
