Just bought a car from Keith. Absolutely the most genuine, helpful and pleasant guy to deal with. Nothing was too much trouble for him and he went out of his way to accommodate viewings etc. Any questions asked through WhatsApp answered straight away. Made the whole car buying process simple easy and enjoyable. The VW car I got was in pristine condition and looks great and was a great price. Went looking for my first automatic with Big Bear recently and was sorted with second hand Audi A3 Japanese import with less than 40k km on the clock and in mint condition. I have to say I'll never look back! Keith & Fran went above and beyond to get everything in order and were gents throughout. There was no pushy sales spiel and as someone who's admittedly not the most knowledgeable when it comes to cars I always felt I was in good hands. Can't recommend them highly enough
