2020 Volkswagen Polo 1.0 CL, NCT 01/28

I purchased a car from Auto Haven in June. First time doing this on my own. After initially speaking on the phone I drove to have a look. I was handed the keys and told to take all the time I needed. I did. I loved the car and paid a deposit the next morning. I collected it a week later when they had completed a few minor adjustments. A week later I had an unforeseen problem that required immediate fixing. On their instructions I drove the car to them. The problem was identified immediately a replacement part was ordered and collected and the repair completed in a few hours.
