2021 Kia Sorento K3 2.2D 7 Seater, Automatic

I purchased a car from Auto Haven in June. First time doing this on my own. After initially speaking on the phone I drove to have a look. I was handed the keys and told to take all the time I needed. I did. I loved the car and paid a deposit the next morning. I collected it a week later when they had completed a few minor adjustments. A week later I had an unforeseen problem that required immediate fixing. On their instructions I drove the car to them. The problem was identified immediately a replacement part was ordered and collected and the repair completed in a few hours. I couldn’t recommend them enough the care and attention I was given was outstanding. Many thanks to Mike Gerry and Ally.

Got my second car from Auto Haven, and once again, it was a very smooth process from start to finish. They assisted me with every necessary step and exceeded expectations to resolve minor car problems, particularly when a significant issue arose and the vehicle was at the dealership for repair. The staff are incredibly kind, helpful, and great craic! 😄 Thanks for everything, folks — really appreciate all your help. Highly recommend Auto Haven! 🚗👏

I had an exceptionally good experience here today. I informed the dealer Ally that I wasn’t quite ready to buy due to my daughter needing to pass her test. I thought he’d run a mile but he let me test drive two beautiful vehicles. He wasn’t in the slightest bit pushy & let me take all the time I wanted. The cars were exceptionally well priced in comparison to others online. I’ll be back soon & I’ve little doubt I’ll purchase a car. 6 stars 🌟 🌟🌟🌟🌟🌟
