100% recommended these lads! Me and my partner got our first car and it couldn't of went any smoother buying off these. Buying a used car is always a challenge so warranty is very important. I bought a nice automatic VW Touran detailed and shined. After a week the Gearbox sounded strange noise. I contacted ALCAN and they inmediately sent me to a garage of my choosing. Replacing the clutch/flywheel went to almost 2000 euros. Not only repaired was done and paid for, but, more important, Alan have previously sent into my bank 50% of repair quoted charges. I tried to return the 850 euros and to my surprise, Alan graciously asked me to keep it for the inconvenience. My car is in perfect condition and I recommend this shop to anyone.

Could not recommend highly enough. The lads are gents, and made buying my car so easy. They were more than willing to send videos of cars I was interested in viewing as I live far away from the dealership. Thank you again for your help.
