I recently had to have new brake pads and discs fitted. I had a very pleasant experience from start to finish. When I rang to make the appointment, the car was booked in within minutes. I was greeted really positively when I dropped it off. It was explained to me what had to be done and how long it would take. I then received a text to say the car was ready.
