Been dealing with Padraic at ZFF Automotive for a couple of months now over a proposed purchase of a car and for reasons beyond both his or my control the purchase has not completed. Padraic has been fully communicative throughout with updates and he has gone the extra mile to try to complete this sale. The point came where I could not wait any longer so had no choice but to withdraw from the purchase. He fully understood and did not hesitate to return my holding deposit. I bought a 2021 5 series BMW last month from Padraig at ZFF. Done the deal over the phone and collected the car within the week. He couldn’t have been more helpfull. Collected me from the train station and spent a lot of time showing me how to use certain thing on the car, even set up my phone to the car. He was available to take calls and help with a few queries after the sale. Was very happy with the service received and would definitely buy from again.
