10/10, by far the best experience I've ever had with a car dealer (or any other small business for that matter). Graham's so knowledgeable, enthusiastic, communicative and helpful. I rang Graham about a Tesla that had just been sold. Even though there was nothing in it for him, he took the time to give me honest, detailed advice on what to look for when buying one.
