Sold my car to Eugene few months ago. I first called and he was welcoming, did not immediately shut me down, listened asked questions and wanted to see my car. Asked for photos first. Shared all the info I could, next day he viewed the car and sit me down for an honest conversation on price after a test drive. Overall he really took his time and I did not feel rushed at all, despite being in a tight spot for the sale. I did not for a second feel that I was being taken advantage of. He was honest, straight forward and respectful. Thank you very much Eugene and Ultimate Cars! Recommended strongly.

I don't post reviews frequently, but the service provided at this garage compelled me to take the time to write this. Eugene is honest, transparent, and genuinely cares about his customers. This man and his team are an absolute gem. I bought a car from him. He made the process hassle-free and took the time to explain every single detail I needed, alleviating all of my concerns. After I bought the car, some idiots attempted to steal it, failed and damaged it as a result. I was thoroughly shocked and scared, but this man took the time to repair the car and made sure that everything was completely sorted out for me and my family. I am glad I chose this garage and would choose it again every single time.

I honestly can't recommend this place enough. My partner went to view a car for me as it was quite a long way for me to go and immediately felt it was the right place to go due to how friendly Eugene was. I had a lovely experience dealing with Eugene, he is very kind and patient, and not at all pushy which I really appreciated, as I am not very confident when it comes to talking to salespeople. He even offered to personally deliver the car to my house (60 km away!) I'll definitely consider this place again when getting a new car, and I'll be recommending it to anyone I know.
