I was greeted really positively when I dropped it off. It was explained to me what had to be done and how long it would take. I then received a text to say the car was ready. Bought a second hand Kuga. From easy navigation through their website, identifying a couple of cars, telephone conversations, test drive, purchase, after sales service, I couldn't fault this garage. NCT was out and they sorted that for me at no extra cost. Shane was exceptional to deal with and made the entire process very easy.
