Keith looked after me very well. I called the garage and he was able to diagnose the problem with my Golf over the phone upon hearing my description of the issue. He gave the car a free inspection and lubricated the suspension mounts and was very knowledgeable with Volkswagens as I believe he was a VW mechanic. Will definitely be coming back when I need a full service done thanks to his excellent customer service and gentlemanly manner.
