Had a slight warranty issue (common fault), rectified swiftly and arranged a loan car whilst I was without. No issues with the car, very clean and well looked after. Bought a beautiful renault megane off Jack and had a great experience. A small issue came up with the car where it required new brake pads which Jack resolved straight away.
