Recently got a new car with them and the experience has been outstanding. When I first went there, the car I wanted had been sold. Fergal checked their incoming stock and showed me a similar spec one that would come in the next week and allowed me to check the car. Later Suraj attended for me, explained the process and sorted out the documentation and payments. After that, there was an issue with the car registration, and that was taking a long time to sort out. I had told Andrew regarding the fact I had family over and was one of the reasons I needed a bigger car. He promptly sorted out a similar car for me to use while mine was getting ready, which was very customer focused.
