As is BMW 3-Series 2011 Fix Up/Parts NCT until Nov

Owned this car for 3+ years. Changed timing chain about 2 years ago and radiator about a year ago. I have no proof but I assure you they are done. Got a new car as I can no longer afford maintenance costs or repairs. The car is driving reliably but has some issues all of which I will list: -Is misfiring slightly when accelerating, likely a sensor or injector needs replacing. -Passenger side front door lock is broken and will not unlock. Likely needs a new actuator. -Rubber on passenger side handle on the inside of the door is melting off. -Alloys are scuffed. -Small oil or fuel leak in the engine. This could be related to the misfiring issue but I don’t know. -Decent amount of scratching/chipping on paint. Most of it is on the surface but some are deeper. I will include pictures. -Central locking button on dash is damaged but working. -Guttering missing from rear driver side window.
