The rear had a tiny dent and few scrapes so asked to have them touched up. When I came to collect the car James had replaced the entire bumper as the touchup job wasnt done to his satisfaction! We got a phone call then telling us theyve found a ticking noise in the engine as they were getting the car prepared for us, they were completely up front and honest.
