Excellent service from Audi North Dublin. I brought my e-tron in for a service and was very impressed with the care, attention and advice I received. They went through everything that would be checked, and after I dropped the car off the evening before, they phoned to let me know when it was ready. When I collected it, I asked about a charging issue I had been having. They took the time to explain the possible cause, including some apparent damage to the plug on my home charger. The technician even came outside to demonstrate how the charging plug operates and locks into place, which was very reassuring. Friendly, professional staff (Nina and unknown technican )who took the time to answer my questions properly. I left feeling confident that my car had been well looked after. Highly recommended.

I had my Audi A6 Avant in for a service today at Audi North Dublin, and the experience was excellent from start to finish. Thank you to Chloe, whose excellent phone manner and professionalism made the whole process smooth and welcoming. I also want to thank Nina, who looked after me exceptionally well during my visit. She was knowledgeable, attentive, and provided superb service advice throughout. As I’m currently in the market to change my car, I also asked if a trade-in valuation could be carried out while my car was being serviced. Joe was on the ball and had called on the same day without me having to ask a second time. His efficiency and attention to detail were very much appreciated. I also had the opportunity to speak with Mark, the Sales Manager, who pointed me in the right direction with no pressure and demonstrated a real wealth of knowledge about the Audi brand. His advice was genuinely helpful and has given me confidence in choosing my next Audi. Overall, the customer service I received from everyone was first class. It’s clear that Audi North Dublin takes great pride in looking after its customers. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend them for both servicing and sales, and I look forward to returning in the future.
